4. Public Content and User Responsibility
Some parts of Needr are public or user-visible. Requests, posts, comments, responses, referral activity, and profile information may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your settings. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
5. Acceptable Use
- Post false, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Harass, threaten, dox, exploit, or harm another person.
- Upload illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Spam users, manipulate engagement, scrape the service, or interfere with the platform.
- Use Needr for illegal transactions, prohibited items, or any activity that violates applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass moderation, safety controls, suspension, or termination.
6. Transactions, Referrals, and Real-World Interactions
- Needr helps users discover requests, offers, and referrals, but Needr is not a party to agreements between users unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for exercising judgment before buying, hiring, referring, paying, or sharing contact details.
- Needr does not guarantee that any request, referral, responder, vendor, or opportunity is legitimate, safe, available, or suitable.
- Needr is not an emergency service and should not be relied on for urgent safety or medical response.
7. Messaging, Notifications, and Platform Features
Needr may provide messaging, notifications, recommendations, live request alerts, and feed ranking based on signals such as your profile, location, skills, referral categories, interests, and account settings. These features are part of the service and may change over time.
8. Content Rights
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting on Needr, you grant Needr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and promote the service.
9. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination
- We may review content, reports, account activity, and safety signals to enforce our rules.
- We may hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or policy enforcement.
- Suspended accounts may have limited access while restrictions are in effect. Terminated accounts may lose access permanently.
- Where permitted, Needr may keep limited enforcement records needed to investigate abuse, comply with law, protect users, and prevent repeat violations.

Needr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
